This blog is dedicated to the Queens of the South who inspired, supported, collaborated, cried and celebrated with me, as I started to take this journey into the unknown., as I endeavoured to discover for the first time, at 50 years old, my local queer Gallovidian ancestors., and the until now largely hidden queer heritage of Dumfries & Galloway, rural South West Scotland.
