Back in the Heritage Centre at the Ewart Library, where my journey with Flora all began, preparing for our upcoming event for LGBT History Month.

With some of the books, and artefacts from The Crichton Archive that have traces of oor Flora and the time she spent training at Crichton Royal Institute. . . Discovering the Medical Superintendent’s notes about her and then finding her handwriting in some of the staff ledgers were pretty special.
